@justanotherone Maybe it’s not that the thoughts and feelings aren’t there; perhaps my mind is simply occupied with something that leaves very little room for anything else. Some things have a way of quietly taking up all the space. I’m hoping that, with time, the words will find their way back to me.

So I thought a lil,
then thought some more,
looked for my rhymes
behind the door.
Checked in my pockets,
under the bed,
turns out the poems
were still in my head.
A little bit rusty,
a little off-beat,
but words came wandering
back to my feet.
So am I broken?
Apparently not.
Just needed a rhyme,
…and look what I got.
