Boxed Dream

Placing dream inside a box.
Stored away from life's cruel knocks.
Placing box on high shelf.
Only reached for by myself.
Placing shelf inside a safe.
No entry even for thin waif.
Placing safe into wall.
Picture covers not seen at all.
Placing plaster over room.
X-ray needed on full zoom.
Placing paint with finite care.
Dream hidden, never there.
Closing door and seal real tight.
New dream painted but won't see the light.
