I Wrote a Poem
To be young again
Doesn’t matter cause
I never had a friend
The light of my life’s
a light I can never find
You can shut me up
Just To get
a piece of mind
I have a home
In strangers that I know
In A distant kiss,
A hug,
I’d never grow
To forgive
And let go
Eventually
She held me too close
Eventually, eventually
Eventually my heart
Starts to close
These days I feel you
I know you’re around
The same feet walk
on different ground
Still here
Though,
I could never make a sound
Eventually
I’ll be okay
For what I know
Theres No fuss to make
Doesn’t matter cause
I never had a friend
The light of my life’s
a light I can never find
You can shut me up
Just To get
a piece of mind
I have a home
In strangers that I know
In A distant kiss,
A hug,
I’d never grow
To forgive
And let go
Eventually
She held me too close
Eventually, eventually
Eventually my heart
Starts to close
These days I feel you
I know you’re around
The same feet walk
on different ground
Still here
Though,
I could never make a sound
Eventually
I’ll be okay
For what I know
Theres No fuss to make
