I Wrote a Poem

I've never written poetry but I was inspired to write this.
A tiny wooden box that smells like cedar
It fits in the palm of my hand
Just like the day you were born
Sweet tiny kitten with the black and white fur
Soft as satin
Grew larger than life
Ferocious and fat tuxedo cat
Teeth as sharp as razors
A heart as warm as the sun
You were my fuzzy brother
I will miss you like the dark misses the dawn
