I Love Poetry

Many likes yet I have none,
FB I see my friends are gone,
Won't you talk? Won't you stay?
Like, love gestures are far away.

Studies show this leads to depression,
I thought tech was key to succession,
Nobody's here, nobody's there, replies come from faraway.

So I logged off the internet, pursuing hobbies was the next best bet,
Finding happiness through nature and activity, exercising mind and body.

At last peace be upon me,
Log off the internet and see,
Mind set behind a screen,
But reality has not been seen.
