~Symphony~
O, symphony of starlit skies
And soundless, secret lullabies
Come, soothe my soul with songs of love
And send my mind O, way above
To exiled clouds and worlds unknown
Beyond I'll flee, away I'll roam
O, symphony, lift up my soul
Come, serenade and make me whole
Pierce through my grief, imbue my skin
Fill up my emptiness within
O, symphony, befriend my heart
Infuse me with your colours of
Blue summer skies and autumn reds
Cast spells upon my weary head
Come, treasure all I have to give
Beneath my melancholy lid
Where brimming minds do suffocate
Below a sea of endless weight
O, symphony my heart requests
You carry me unto my rest
Where sorrow shall not taste my soul
And slumberland shall be my goal
Let all misfortunes melt away
Beneath a shroud of blackened grey
Come, symphony, fulfil my prayers
Release me from my deep despair
For now, I lay me down to rest
And know, inside, my heart is blessed
To hear your ever-soothing notes
Of which my fragile spirit dotes
O, symphony, until I sleep
Come, steal away my soul to keep
And neath the yonder starry skies
Sing unto me until I rise
