The crawl out
At a young age you grew up,
You seen monsters in disguise,
You were fed years of lies,
Belived no matter what your a screw up.
You were broken,
You were emotionally raw,
Your scars bled to dull the pain,
Things are better left unspoken,
Eyes open wide to thing's you never saw.
You grew tired of the manipulation,
You were tortured by memories,
Got belittled constantly,
You were told you would fail.
You thought you were headed for damnation,
You decided no more toxic energies,
You walked away from the hostility,
Chose a different calmer trail.
You don't look back at the trail,
You know you didn't come out unscathed,
Going to let the past collide off rail,
Your stronger than what kept you caged.
