Haiku - Spring 2016

The blossoms of spring
Blooming around our planet
Bursting in colors

Well the 1st thing is that you cannot "accomplish" Haiku in any language other than Japanese -- the lingual structure is that specific. The thing that English speakers write is often referred to as American Haiku or American Sentence.
You probably know the basic of 17 syllables; 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables... but then there are 2 additional variations;
1) you can write about something and in the process refer to a season and at least 1 word has to evoke the feelings of that season
0r
2) You can write about yourself/experiences/thoughts, but must use a thing called a cut-word, which makes a sudden change of tone where you demonstrate growth, learning or personal improvement.

Marten, I'm pretty sure your second line has 8 syllables and the third line has only 4 syllables. Is it a total of 17 syllables or is it 5-7-5?

Marten, I enjoy photography too. Especially old news photos and landscapes done in B&W. I cannot explain why, I just do.

Not a professional prhotographer, which means I don't earn money with it. But I have an eye for situations and models and nice views. So with my camara and my mobile phone I make pictures a lot. I participated in an exhibition twice. I get many positive responses on my work. As soon as Photo Albums are ready I will share some nice photo's. I also share them through my FaceBook page...

"Stops" would be the cut word because of an abrupt change both in time and in the description of events.
This is only a best guess, though, I am not so accomplished in that form as I might be in the seasonal form.

Well, you need to think of a subject first. And it happens to be a hot spring day with a light breeze in The Netherlands today. Seison or weather should be mentioned. Or a movement (like a fish swimming in a pond - like in one of the eldest, most famous haikus by master Basho).

Because I saw what you two were saying this not like EP everybody can read what other people are saying. Not like EP when you talked to people frequently there was just a page for you and the other person.so conferences we had nobody else could see.

Tracie, you're on the right track 5, 7, 5 A total of 17 syllables in all. Consider hiding your emotions and let the reader decipher your feelings. Do you know what I'm saying?

The pm is almost complete that's why I don't talk much I'm waiting for to be done so I don't have to listen to other people's comments yes.

Ah, okay, then I wish you a very pleasant and sunny wednesday. It's 10:50 AM here and the sun is shining (just a bit too warm for me).

You are right out of 39 friends I had on EP there were only like 3 or 4 I talked to on a day to day bases
