dear stranger
i fell for your lie
thought you would show me love
but instead you made me cry
said you were there
and i believed you
but all you were there for was yourself
i should of been more careful
i didnt see the game you were playing
played nice
but turned your back on me
it was nothing but a joke
i got too late
you loved every minute
of luring me in
just waiting until you had me right where you wanted me
how cruel you turned out to be
pretending to care
about me
you didnt even hesitate
turning cold
from the promise of your words
