Inside my mind
I fly tonight
Dreaming of
A better life
Where both our worlds

Dreams of love
And thoughts of hope
Traveling down
A newer road
To a place we’ll soon
reside


Winds of faith
Blow over me
And in their passing
Set me free
Casting off the misery
Letting go of all this
pride

To be as one
Within our hearts
To make amends
And all new starts
With our hands
And hearts
entwined

To steal the kiss
you freely give
And find a better
way to live
There’s much to set
aside

But I promise you
I’ll find a way
To say the things
I need to say
And grow this love
More everyday
Into a love that never
