Which way now

I dont even get out of bed anymore the demon has won.
As i lay in a crumpled heap,no use fighting anymore,i am done.
I dont even remember ever having a good life
Filled with hassles and strife
So if you knock on my door and i dont reply
Im in bed and ready to die

i wake in the early morning light,very thankful that i am a live,,
the early morning air is cool and damp, but it gives me life for one more day,
I look out over the beautiful land where my cows run and play,,thank the Lord for one more day,,, I am 81 girl, be thankful for who you are,,be thankful for your health,, have a drink on me,🍺
