A kite in the wind

The kite strung itself to the wind,
The wind laughed, I have you, follow my bellows

The kite, laughs, I'll keep you as my servant.
My ruse, my muse
Very succinct and leaves an open interpretation with the word usage. Plus it brings forth the question of the kite and wind being metaphors. I don't think the latter fits the bill, as it's not your way of thought from the peek I've had inside your mind. So is the sky, in whatever essence, happy to be servant and muse to the kite if it's being a ruse as well? Was the kite just using smartassery because the sky was so arrogant to begin with?

You brought out my philosophical/analytical side.🤭🤓
You also taught me a new word; ruse. Thank you for the gift!🌷

@MoonlightLullaby will discuss later, but it's simpler than that.
