nieghbors move in next door,they made a deal said they would fix all thats wrong,that trailer where pipe on hot water tank blow off,eating a hole thru

two walls and flooding whole trailer as water ran out the sides,shorting out fuse box...i lend them some tools and say good luck

@NativePortlander1970 i found out why he did this he got wife and two kids and lives with 8 other people in 2 bedroom trailer
