Ancient Egyptian culture predates the metric system by several centuries, along with longitude and latitude measurements - giving credence to a crazy coincidence. Then again, no one can figure out how the Egyptians built the pyramids to begin with. 🤷♂️

The invention of latitude and longitude are historically quite recent, the measurement of the speed of light even more recent.
Whatever were the units of measurement used by the Egyptians when they built the Pyramids, their era pre-dates the invention of the Metric System (in France) by some two or three millennia, not merely "several centuries".
