Aztecs- The End Of The World

I believe the Aztecs were correct in predicting the end of the world. I don't believe it is the end of the universe, but simply a change in the world taking place... the start of a new world, per se. I believe the English wanted to pretend this predicted hell wouldn't ever happen since it is, in fact, literally hell for all of us to go through. They, therefore, didn't inform their people properly about it the way the Aztecs did.
We are going through hell.
Pray for us....
Can't wait till we are in the new world and things are better.

They had their whole culture wiped out and records burned by the spanish. They had been around a long time and so had records of a few earth wide calamities and civilization resets. No doubt we are do for a asteroid impact or solar something or other or polar reversal or a million other things.

Their 12,000 year cycle is not the end of the world but the end of the cycle of Earth's precession. The vernal equinox moves along the zodiac a little bit each year. Over time it goes back again. In Egypt it's visible at the temple in Luxor as the stars they used for predicting the spring floods moved and they had to twist the temple to follow them. They were pretty bright but there are no bad omens in the stars tonight.
