We are driving along the edge of the Dead Sea in the Judean Desert, we are close to the road to Masada, the citadel where the Zealots made their last stand against the Roman legions.
We have swim suits and we are going to bathe in the salt sea, said to be an experience not to miss with the nutrients in the water very good for your skin. Tim is quite excited about this.
We have been talking about trying to get to the city of Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee, but I have to research if this is possible with the military action that is going on. We might need a special permit. It might be something that we can return to do another holiday visit.
