But i made a pineapple upside down cake for desert, it has been on my mind for a couple of weeks. lol

I had extra meat and rice( mixed for stuffed peppers and I made a small bacon wrapped mini meatloaf. Took the bacon off and placed sauce atop the loaf.

@wildfl0wer Right now the oven is heating up to bake the two stuffed peppers. Photos to follow after they’re cooked.

@wildfl0wer Baked @ 375 for 1 hour. Last few minute topped with cheese and then some ketchup.
