Today has been one of those days

Lately it seems life has been about treading water and just barely keeping my head above that line. And today was one of those days where the self doubts tried to keep in. But I’m thankful for my tribe that’s kept me going and realizing that it too shall pass and to keep pushing ahead.

And there was that amazing Butterfly I saw today. I don’t always recognize such beauty, but it definitely was. Gave me time to pause and breathe.
