How is it that something exists?

There actually is no answer that can be thought of. Because every answer always creates another question. But here is my best answer that I can think of based on facts and evidence. The fact is we exist. And why do we exist? Because my parents gave birth to me. Creating an endless infinite causality into the past and into the future. Something gave life to something else or something became something else infinitely into the past and definitely into the future. Which can be explained by basic physics. Which explains why there is something and not nothing.

Matter and energy can neither be created nor destroyed but only change its form. Therefore matter and energy are infinite. If matter and energy are infinite and cannot be created nor destroyed then there cannot be nothing. Because for there to be nothing something would have to be created and be able to be destroyed. If something cannot be created then it cannot come from nothing. And if something cannot be destroyed then it cannot become nothing. Therefore there cannot be nothing. Physics precluded it. There can only be something.

Or something and nothing are preclusive independent of each other's existence.
If there is something then it precludes the existence of nothing and if there is nothing then it precludes the existence of something they can only exist independent of each other. Therefore there can always have been something without there having been nothing.
