Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?

I have the last time though was awhile ago and I had fallen asleep on the couch and woke up to my phone ringing (it was right by my head) but I couldn’t move anything except for my eyes to look around.. I heard talking noises coming from the hallway so I tried to turn my head to see what was going on but I couldn’t move or say anything.. and as soon as my phone stopped ringing I was able to move again but it was so scary
