I had a terrible dream and I got sleep paralysis

I was with my younger brother in some building mostly a hospital . We were playing a dangerous game , I feed him white snakes and he feeds me black snakes . Then I found my self alone with a big black snake . I jumped through the window but it throw its tail after me and took me back. I found myself paralyzed in bed and it took effort to wake up 😕
