I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

I feel a strong energy around me and feel the demon sitting on my chest. The energy gets stronger when i try to move. Pinning me down heavier against the mattress. I can see a blanket over my eyes just like the one i sleep with over my head. Water is running under it and there's lots of black bits in it. The demon is getting stronger it's energy feels like it's trying to reach inside me. I can't move and it's terrifying.
