I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

its a life long thing. but it gets scarier with the blankets over my face and i cant breathe. those w'ere scary moments, but i can;t tell you how many times my furry companions have woken me up from this. my kitten will start to play with my twitching fingers, then thats enough to wake me up fully. another time it happened. i was sleeping on the couch i had the pillow over my face i dont know i must have grabbed it. and placed it there. then half way through my sleep, i was hit hard with it, couldn't move couldn't talk or gasp. then all of a sudden my dog licks my face am awake, and alive.
