I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

I've had a lot of sleep paralysis episodes, I'll start with my most recent one.
It happened last night, I fell asleep, then I woke up feeling paralysed and my chest was going up and down, like something was trying to yank the spirit, and my breath out of me. I heard alien like voices and noises. Can't remember what they said. I remember trying to make myself move but I felt stuck, and I felt something trying to get inside of me...
But it failed, then I woke up woke up... thinking it's been a long time since I had an episode like this.

I haven't had it happen to me but my cousin had it happen where his whole body was lifted up off his bed and he saw it. It was tall and black. Honestly hope it never happens to me sounds like some freaky shit

@MURD3RM0NK3Y I've had an episode like that too. Everything around me was blurry and colorful, like psychedelic colors, and I was lifted up while feeling paralyzed and feeling weight on me. It was very bizarre.

I can only recall having one time that went quite that far. A few other close calls, including one quite recently, but I generally manage to "beat them" before that whole "imp sitting on your chest" feeling gets established.
