I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

I have it a lot. I wanna say at least 4 times a month for maybe eight years. At first I thought I was having a seizure but then I learned what it was. I have learned to cope with them, though. I shut my eyes and control my breathing whenever it happens. It usually goes away within a few seconds. But the last attack was really intense and I think I was still imagining things. I thought that only happened if your eyes were open?

There used to be a time when I had sleep paralysis almost every night when I was a teenager. I would go without sleep sometimes. This was back when I used to live in a cursed house. Turns out it had animal bones underneath it. We found this out when we were digging out a tree root that was growing from under the foundation of the house.
