Is it a nightmare? Or more to it than that?
It's when you're about to fall asleep or are sleeping and then you sort of wake up but you can't control your physical body. It's like your completely paralysed and are trying to get free from your own body but you can't. You often see quite scary demonic figures too. All logic goes out of the window for me gah
