I Have Experienced Sleep Paralysis
I guess if it happened to me twice, it will be called sleep paralysis
I woke up from an episode this morning.
I'm my wake-sleep state, I felt what felt like a cat jump onto my bed, just it climbed on me, walk around me, walked towards my upper torso and suddenly bounce away after 5 -7 seconds. I was trying to scream and push my arms off of my body to sit up, but I couldn't. My heart was pounding, my breathing was fast and heavy, I was shaking... I didn't hear anything hit the floor... it was gone. I woke up after a minute or so, the Finally, I drifted asleep...
