Follow up for me and Link

Link's foot is doing very good. He needs to wear the supported shoe for two more weeks and then we got back to see if he's ready to stop wearing it. He has very happy at the appointment and smiled and laughed the whole time. I love it when he feels safe and happy at any doctor's appointment.

My appointment was ok. They doctor had hoped my heart rate would be lower than it is so he's going to keep an eye on that. I'm healing well just slowly and he wasn't in favor of me miss PT new week so I guess I'll suck it up and go. Still on lite duty for another week. He wants me to cut back on the pain patches to see if that will stop my very long headache. He wants me to use some over the counter pain patches or rubs and lots of ice packs.
