I recently got a full set of dentures

but I don't like the bottom ones, and I have a hard time wearing them when I eat. For this reason, I have taken up pureeing some of the harder-to-chew foods. 👍

I didn't expect this, but this has helped me get better control of my binge eating disorder. I don't enjoy pureed foods much, and I have found that my binge eating has far more to do with the mouth feel than the food itself.🤷‍♀

Since I have started to puree my food, I don't have as many digestive issues either.🙂

I had thought that a full set of dentures would make me happier and healthier, but not being able to adjust to them for eating has actually done this.🤷‍♀

I do wear the full set when I don't eat, though...🙂
