For those of you who have full dentures, how many wear the lower full time, if at all?

I know that some people don't wear the lower often, because it doesn't fit well or is uncomfortable. Some seem to wear it for eating and then take it out. I may soon be in a situation where the rest of my lower teeth will be removed, so I'll probably get a full lower denture. I'd like to see how others deal with such a situation.
