He's Was There Through All My Pain Today - He'll Be There For Yours Too
I just want to tell you something from my heart today.
This morning I hurt so bad in my back, it was almost unbearable. I was sitting in my easy chair, and even thinking about getting up to take a shower, felt impossible. Got in the shower, but I hurt like a dog before I even turned on the water.
And I said, "Oh Lord please... I don’t think I can do this."
But I was in the bathroom, and I knew if I didn’t do it now, I might not do it at all. So I prayed. Right there. The whole time.
And SW, *God helped me through it.
He gave me the strength, all the way. Every second. When I thought I couldn’t stand, He held me. When I thought I couldn’t even get in the tub, He gave me strength. By the grace of God, I did it.
I don’t know what pain you’re in today. Maybe it’s your body. Maybe it’s your heart. Maybe it feels unbearable and you’re saying "I don’t think I can do it."
But I’m telling you....He’s there through all the pain. It brought to mind that Bible verse that says "I can do all things through Christ to strengthens me." And I did.
He was there for me today. And He will be there for you too.
You just talk to Him. "Lord please." And then take the next step. Whether that be wash a few dishes and sit down. Take that shower one minute at a time. Spray one spot on the floor that needs cleaning, then rest and repeat.
He’ll meet you in it. He always does.
Don’t give up. He’s with you.
Jesus, bless every person who reads this. Let them feel You holding them like You held me today

Give them "Lord please" strength for their next step. Help all the people that are in pain today. Give them the strength to get through this day and the following. Relieve their pain, no matter what type of pain they carry. We thank you, Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen.
