Anybody ever experience a knot in their back...

That caused radiating pain to neck, arm and chest?
I have a knot under my left shoulder blade. I tried to stretch it out and laid on a lacrosse ball. Its 10x worse and pain us radiating.

Feels like a hard pinch and my arm is tingling and cold. Just took medicine but i am extremely uncomfortable

See a Doc as soon as possible, he'll be the best resource and may prescribe chiropractic treatment etc.

Yes, pinched nerve if you feel safe about it a chiropractor can release it. It hurts bad I know, sorry! They will most likely take an x-ray do an adjustment. I've never had a bad experience ask around.Also good one is orthopedic surgeon. Call around.

@OceanRoses i went to a chiropractor for 2 years to help with neck pain. Didnt help me. Slightly helped my back.

@rosyhills Not good so young to have to deal with pain. Might need an MRI don't give up looking. I got my pinch nerve in neck sorted out i'm okay now.

@OceanRoses already had an mri from last yr. Bad discs in my neck. But the pain i felt yesterday was abnormal

I have neck problems already. I know that I get pinched nerves in it and it messes with my arms and hands. I usually wear a neck brace for a while and it helps. I am not sure how to help something that would be under a bone. I hope that you find something that works for you.

Yes, I have a high pain tolerance and that one had me crying. It's awful.
I've since learned a stretch that helps it feel better.
Look up, one arm door stretch.
