back pain relief? [I Hate My Back Pain]

i see a chiropractor biweekly and am in the works of getting an mri, but i’m dying from this back pain. any suggestions?

Take glucosamine & chondroitin that they use for knees . Walgreens usually sells two for one. They do wonders for my back pain and joints. Make you back more flexible
