I Have Relapsed Back Into Anorexia

I've struggled with anorexia for about 12 years now. I made such good progress in recovery until I weighed myself one day and realized I gained 20 pounds. Now I find myself trying to lose that same 20 pounds. I don't want to be stuck in this vicious cycle anymore.

I'm sorry you're relapsing. I hope you are doing better at this point. It's such a hard journey and it's one many people don't get. It feels like it's always coming back to haunt you but I think you can do this. You are beautiful!!
