Had an allergic reaction last night :( rash and hives all over me

Don’t know what caused it 😩 I wasn’t near any latex and I don’t think I had a bug bite. Last time I had one I ended up in hospital in America :( I hope it’s not going to be the same. I don’t think I need to use my EpiPen yet.
