I woke up with hives on my legs,

the palms of my hands & bottoms of my feet are swollen and itch, my face is swollen and my lips are huge 😫
All I ate yesterday were lemon cookies, I guess I'm suddenly allergic... ???

As @pdockal suggests, might be a tactile response. I forgot I was allergic to certain artificial fabrics back in the summer and came out in hives. Reverting to 100% cotton dealt with the problem within hours.

@FreddieUK I've never had a reaction to anything other than penicillin & the red dye on some OTC headache meds. Never any detergents, soaps, fabrics, etc. But I've had a serious reaction to something this time & the only thing I've done differently is eat those lemon cookies...
