I woke up with hives on my legs,

the palms of my hands & bottoms of my feet are swollen and itch, my face is swollen and my lips are huge 😫
All I ate yesterday were lemon cookies, I guess I'm suddenly allergic... ???

I have loads of food allergies that started in my 30’s, I’ve been so poorly this past week because of a perfume diffuser!

Keep a food diary 📔 drink plenty water.

@Achelois I've had to stop using my wax warmer because the scents give me a huge headache :(

I get breathing issues with air fresheners, candles, deodorants etc etc.

I tend not to use chemicals like that but my brain suddenly forgot about my allergies and opened the Christmas gift lol

Straight in the bin.

@Achelois I don't have actual allergies to the perfumes, etc, but most of them give me a migraine. Candles, deodorants, lotions... I really can't tolerate them.

Yeah most are not good for us.

I try to stick to natural herbal ones.
