that sneezing burns 2 calories per sneeze? I have had pretty bad allergies this year, so I figure at 2 sneezes per episode, and about 25 episodes a day, I am burning an extra 50 calories a day. 🤣
And laughing burns 10-40 calories for 10 to 15 minutes of laughter. 🤣
