I can't believe this

Can u imagine i didn't go near a drink for the last 18 years or i didn't go near weed for the last 18 years cause im allergic to it and NOW i cant go near chocolate or sweet things cause im allergic to that now , getting fierce headaches from it now , very tired im getting everytime i have chocolate or sugur things .
I have only coffee left it seems like

I was a heavy milk drinker, then at 15, became lactose intolerant. Even today anything above 8 oz get me running to the toilet.

I can't smoke weed nor can I smoke anymore due to my covid and my COPD luckily I quit doing smoking in 2013. But edibles are still possible.
