Damn allergies

The weirdest just happened this evening. I cooked some sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker like I've done before and when I opened the lid, the steam made my nose run a ton, sneeze too. Now I feel it in my chest a little. I recognize my allergy reactions and this is them. How the hell can someone suddenly become allergic to sweet potatoes?

I have a few allergies with foods, mine developed in my 30’s, some have got worse, I can sneeze a lot after eating. Or drinking, more recently it’s aerosols, air fresheners and some deodorants affect my breathing.
Makes you wonder what’s in them 😬
