Insane allergies today

Blew my nose 800billion times and it just keeps coming…. Where is it coming from 😪

simply saline "Nighttime" . It has Eucalyptus in it. You can only find it on Amazon. Get 4-5 cans and start washing out your nose. It really helps me.

@CookieCrumbs it burns a little so ease into it, but is does open you up and calms down the sneezing and runny nose for me. There is another called Extra Strength, that is soothing. It is only saline.
