Insane allergies today
Blew my nose 800billion times and it just keeps coming…. Where is it coming from 😪

@CookieCrumbs the most yucky is when I cough and the post nasal comes up… and you kinda “Puke” it out 😷

Taking a shower first thing in the morning usually helps clear up the sinuses. If that doesn’t work, I try a sinus rinse. If that still doesn’t work, I have to find my allergy meds.
