I have reactions to citrus [I Have Food Allergies]

My tongue breaks out whenever I eat acidic fruit. I love fruit but can’t have much. I am wondering, if my tongue has a severe reaction, do my intenstines have a reaction as well?

That's rough, especially if an orange juice lover, etc. I get it too in the throat and mouth.
