You have also made a mistake in your question. The higher the pH of a substance, the lower its acidity. A substance of high pH is an alkali.

Over the counter medicine and or baking soda a teaspoon. Cabbage too. Couple of grains of clear uncooked rice.

Mix about 2.5 teaspoons of baking soda with a half liter (16.9oz) of water, take small sips when You feel excess acid in your stomach, keep a bottle of it by your bedside as well, it will taste super salty so don't chug it, you will hork if You do.
