I cannot move

My back snapped last night and I cannot move. It hurts so bad. I won't be able to cook or do my dishes today or take a shower. It's like being stranded on an island, except it is a chair. I managed to get to my chair. I haven't moved in 5 hours. I wish I could afford to have food delivered. 😭
