Cancer Advice

I love my boyfriend so much. We haven't gotten intimate, we're waiting until marriage, but I know I love him. Hes so kind, respectful, understanding, and sensitive. I need to tell him about my leukemia. I want him to be the first outside of my family to know, but I don't know how to tell him. Any advice?
