A big FML moment

Been diagnosed with IBS a year ago after having a kidney stone,infection and UTI. Today marks the 2nd anniversary of it and today I'm back for having the same thing plus severe vertigo from hell that causes me to black out I had a total of 14 so far since last night. By 7 am this morning 911 was called and I was rushed to the ER. Now I'm being admitted for not only that but every time I lay down I black out and heart rate drops in the 30s. I'm scared.
