Very true. When you lead with compassion, you stop taking things personally and start understanding people better.

Very much so. I've just started to come to terms with this over the last year or so.
Yeah.. Unless you were trained to regulate adults as a child, then you are just stuck always seeing other ppls perspectives, both sides of the story, and have to rewire yourself.

True... But it's so easy to forget when they attack you personally.
@H1raeth Understood. That's happened many times to me but I try to see it as it's about them going through something and they aren't equipped with the emotional tools to know how to handle it
