Yet iis the word, everyone is doing them type a description types and hit enter. I'm actually learning a software program from scratch. Where I have I have to shape the cheek bone, the lips, and so on. It's very, very time consuming and freaking hard.

Then they do have genetic background or you can design your own. It can be madding at times.
