@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I have an old Canon FD mount manual focus macro lens I love. Got it for free. Never liked auto focus for macro because getting it to focus on the specific part I want it to.

I'd never heard of them until a newspaper article the other day, but that appears to be a lady beetle, not a ladybug. Ladybugs are good for the garden, lady beetles invade houses, secrete a bad odor and yellow fluid, can bit, an d are harmful to dogs.

@Mmiker Took me by surprise when I saw the article. A few years ago I ordered 1,500 ladybugs through Amazon to let loose in the yard.

We had a Lady Bug invasion earl to mid October. Was nice to see them.
They'd be on a shirt lapel, screen doors, or just hanging out on the deck railing.
